With his understanding of the grieving process, he will aid your choice of memorial,and advise you with inscriptions and ornaments ensuring the minimum of pain, . The church or local authority's 'red tape' is handled correctly on your behalf and you are informed when your memorial is completed and fitted in the cemetery. From it's inception in 1982 as a partnership and more recently a limited company, S.W.M. has operated a formal quality Control System. This year with the introduction of the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons - BRAMM - (our accreditation No. is B00128) we have introduced working to BS8415:2005. We have always worked to the NAMM codes of practice. S.W.M. prides itself in utilisation of the latest technological aids to continually improve quality and service, and to ensure it's competitive position in the market place. As members of the Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM), SWM have to comply to a code of ethics, standards and practice in memorial masonry. All our work is to British Standard BS8415:2005. Retail Memorial work is guaranteed by us for 10 years (backed by NAMM). SWM work in granite, marble, stone, slate, bronze and wood.
